Jake Paul’s next opponent will be a current world champion, according to Netflix.
On Wednesday, the global broadcaster of Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson leaked some massive fight news.
According to their Turkish X account, the YouTuber-turned boxer will face Gervonta Davis in Atlanta on November 15.
The matchup that was discussed earlier this year, but was thought to have been derailed by ‘Tank’ fighting to a draw with Lamont Roach in March.

Jake Paul vs. Gervonta Davis rules
In May, Jake Paul publicly claimed that he was very close to booking a fight with Gervonta Davis.
The 28-year-old even explained the rules for his mismatch fight with the 5ft 5in lightweight world champion, who has never weighed more than 140lbs during his 31-fight career.
“I mean, that was on the one-yard line as well, but he has to rematch Lamont Roach. He wants to get that back, and then we’ll be back in discussions with Mr Gervonta,” Paul said on The Ariel Helwani Show.
“This is the nature of boxing. You have massive fights on the one-yard line, and they just fall through.”
“195,” Paul added when asked about what weight the fight would be contested at. “It would be an exhibition, 10 three-minute rounds. No restrictions, just the fact we couldn’t actually get it professionally sanctioned.”
What about Anthony Joshua?
All the talk lately has been about Jake Paul potentially being Anthony Joshua’s comeback opponent.
The former two-time heavyweight champion hasn’t fought since getting knocked out by Daniel Dubois last September.
Paul was recently named as the official ‘frontrunner’ to face Joshua when he returns to the ring.
Eddie Hearn, who promotes ‘AJ’, previously claimed the potential fight could take place during the first few months of 2026.
Theoretically, that gives Paul time to box Davis before he starts preparing to take on Joshua.
At the time of writing, neither fighter has confirmed whether the Netflix leak is true or false.
