Dillon Danis already has an idea of who he wants to fight in the UFC.
The former Bellator star has ‘talked the talk’ for many years, but this Saturday, Dillon Danis finally made the walk for his third professional MMA fight in Manchester, England.
In his first combat sports appearance since losing to Logan Paul in boxing back in 2023, Danis quickly snatched the neck of Warren Spencer and tapped out his opponent with a guillotine in 15 seconds at Misfits 22.
Now 3-0 in MMA, Danis has set his sights on KSI, strongman Eddie Hall, and the world’s premier promotion: the UFC.
But who, of all people, would welcome the submission artist to the big show?

Following his first win since 2019, Danis spoke to the media regarding his fighting future.
While he’s only 3-0 as a pro, Danis believes he’s better than what his record shows and wants to prove just how good he is against the absolute best fighters in the world.
Post-fight, Danis expressed interest in names like UFC Middleweight Champion Khamzat Chimaev and former pound-for-pound king Islam Makhachev.
Extremely far away from fights like that, Danis suggested a debut opponent in Kevin Holland, the UFC’s most active fighter as well as a fan-favorite.
“The UFC right now is lacking stars,” Danis said (via DAZN).
“I’m the only one you seeing this whole week that will sell this whole thing. I wanna sell it more, but there were some things that went into it. The UFC wants to see me more tame. But, people enjoy what I’m doing.
“It’s not just the fight. It’s the whole package. It’s the storyline. It’s the build-up. And in the UFC, that’s lacking. And these guys are boring as f—.
“I’ll take on anybody first fight like Kevin Holland,” Danis mentioned the former top contender who’s taken more of a ‘gatekeeper’ role in recent years.
“If they wanna give me a top 15, top 10, number one, I don’t care who it is. I’ll beat them all,” said Danis.
Ex-UFC star poses question on Dillon Danis’ MMA potential
Danis is not your ordinary MMA fighter.
A former teammate of Conor McGregor’s, Danis has only fought three times since his 2018 debut in Bellator and has yet to see a second or third round in his MMA career.
Inactive for the last five years, the skilled BJJ fighter turned 32 earlier this month.
At this rate, UFC veteran Zac Pauga has a hard time believing Danis unlocks his true potential.
“It’s fun and popular to hate on Danis but is he the greatest waste of potential in history?” Pauga said of Danis.
“Skilled, a capable heel, he could have really been something,” the former UFC fighter added.
