[NFL Week 2 notable games | NFL news live blog]
NFL teams have fully flipped the page toward Week 2, and a couple big names have bubbled to the surface on injury watch.
Green Bay Packers pass rusher Micah Parsons, who was solid in his debut on Sunday, has officially been listed as questionable for Thursday night’s game against the Washington Commanders. Parsons has been limited in practice all week leading up to the game. It should be noted that Parsons was limited all last week too, as well as listed as questionable, and he still managed to be effective against the Detroit Lions.

The news isn’t as encouraging for the San Francisco 49ers. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said quarterback Brock Purdy is “a long shot” to play Sunday at the New Orleans Saints with a toe injury he suffered in Week 1. The 49ers will also be without All-Pro tight end George Kittle, who went on injured reserve after hurting his hamstring last weekend.
