Brock Lesnar keeps on winning at 48 years old.
The former UFC and WWE Champion was once the baddest man on the planet, holding on to the UFC heavyweight strap for two years before he dropped it to all-time great Cain Velasquez in 2010.
We haven’t seen all that much from Brock Lesnar in recent years, at least not in the UFC.
Lesnar returned to the WWE over the weekend, making kids cry in his dominant win over icon John Cena at Wrestlepalooza. Lesnar looked absolutely massive in the ring.
A former UFC heavyweight champion details what makes Lesnar so special in WWE, and no, it’s not just his physique.

Daniel Cormier says Brock Lesnar brings a ‘realness’ to WWE
Daniel Cormier was technically the last man to share the Octagon with Lesnar back in 2018.
Lesnar stepped into the cage with Cormier shortly after he became a two-division champion at UFC 226 with a win over Stipe Miocic.
The heavyweights cut an epic promo, but they never ended up fighting for real.
Years removed from their rivalry, Cormier praised Lesnar for his latest win against Cena.
“I thought Brock looked great,” Cormier said on Good Guy / Bad Guy.
“He looked big. I think he looked strong…
“He’s mean as crap. He’s beating up on everybody. He beats the refs. He beat up on Michael Cole the other day. Bro, how you gonna beat up on Michael Cole? He picked Cole up. Cole goes, ‘He picked me up like I was a little boy.’ He goes, ‘I’m a heavy man.’ Brock is like carrying him in the ring.
“He looks massive in there,” Cormier said of Lesnar.
“The one thing that Brock Lesnar always brought to that product is a realness because he was the UFC heavyweight champion,” Cormier explained.
“I think that when people see him, they think this guy really could beat me up.
“I think that’s what’s special about Brock Lesnar,” said Cormier.
Brock Lesnar cut WWE-style promo versus the UFC heavyweight division
It was Cormier who called out Lesnar after his TKO win over Miocic in 2018.
“I never thought I would fight him, but Brock Lesnar, get your a– in here,” Cormier said in his post-fight interview at UFC 226.
Lesnar entered the cage and immediately pushed Cormier across the Octagon, with security having to get between them.
“I walked into this building and watched the heavyweight disasters from the beginning,” Lesnar said once he got the microphone.
“[Francis] Ngannou, the piece of s—. Miocic, the piece of s—…
“DC! I’m coming for you, m———–,” Lesnar said before punching the camera.
