At age 41, Aaron Rodgers has logged plenty of NFL seasons under his belt, paving a Hall of Fame career that will go down with some of the greats. But what teams did Rodgers have the most success against, and which ones have given him the most trouble?

Aaron Rodgers will go down as one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history. Super Bowl champion, multiple MVP, All-2010’s team, his accolades go on and on.

After cementing his Hall-of-Fame legacy with the Green Bay Packers, Rodgers tried – and mostly failed – to build on it with the New York Jets, with whom he played just four snaps in 2023 before rupturing his Achilles tendon. The following season didn’t prove much better, as New York finished with a dismal 5-12 record and missed the playoffs for the 14th straight year.

Now, at age 41, he’s hoping to end his career on a high note as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Without further ado, let’s dive into Aaron Rodgers’ regular and postseason record against every NFL team.

    Rodgers vs the Chicago Bears

The funniest part of Aaron Rodgers’ run against the Chicago Bears is not how dominant it’s been, it’s how much he enjoys it. Rodgers takes every single chance he gets to embarrass the organization.

He hasn’t lost to Chicago since 2018, going 8-0 in that span. During that stretch, he’s thrown 19 TDs with zero interceptions, but Rodgers assures us it’s all out of respect.

Either way, you can’t argue just how good Rodgers has been against Da Bears.

    Rodgers vs the Dallas Cowboys

“America’s Team” hasn’t troubled Rodgers much in his career.

Rodgers is 6-3 in the regular season and 2-0 in the playoffs against the Dallas Cowboys. One of Rodgers’ signature moments came against Dallas in 2017, when he led a game-winning fourth-quarter drive punctuated by a brilliant sideline throw to Jared Cook to set up the clinching field goal.

Rodgers vs the San Francisco 49ers

Although Rodgers is 6-4 against the 49ers in the regular season, that success has never transferred over to the postseason.

Rodgers has yet to beat San Fran in the playoffs, and fell to 0-4 against the Niners when the Packers lost to them 13-10 in a gross NFC Divisional Round game back in January of 2022. With Rodgers now sitting at 38 years old, it’s hard not to wonder if he will ever get the chance to exorcise his demons against the 49ers.

    Rodgers vs the Minnesota Vikings

In another NFC North rivalry, Rodgers has had relative success against the Minnesota Vikings, going 18-12-1. In the one playoff game they faced off in, Rodgers and the Packers pounded the Vikes, winning the 2013 Wild Card game 24-10.

Rodgers’ most recent dust-up with the Vikings was a 24-21 win in Dublin during Week 4 of the 2025 season, with the future Hall of Famer completing 18-of-22 passing attempts for 200 yards and one TD.

    Rodgers vs the Pittsburgh Steelers

Rodgers may be a member of the Steelers now, but when talking about teams that have been significant to his career, you have to bring up the franchise he beat to win his first — and so far only — Super Bowl. Rodgers split his two regular-season games against Pittsburgh during his time with the Packers, going 1-1. However, it was the one playoff meeting that he had the biggest impact.

In Super Bowl XLV, Rodgers threw for 304 yards with three TDs, outplaying his QB counterpart, Ben Roethlisberger. It’s hard to believe with all his skill that Rodgers only has one Super Bowl in his trophy case, but you can never take this game away from him.
