Adam22 is in the gym for his upcoming fight with Jason Luv, but fans are hoping he’s playing possum with a new video of his training.
The controversial podcaster will take on his adult film star rival in a bout later this month, three years after the genesis of their feud. Adam22, whose real name is Adam Grandmaison, is married to adult actress Lena The Plug, who first filmed with another man when she worked with Jason Luv.

Since then the pair’s online activity has boiled over to the point that Adin Ross is going to put them in the ring together later this month on his next Brand Risk Promotions boxing event. The heavyweight duo are both in their 40s, and fans are favoring Luv, whose real name is Jason Thomas, after this new video.

Adam22 steps in the ring for new training footage
According to both men, the boxing experience advantage for this fight falls on the side of Jason Luv. He claims to have boxed as a child, but not for years into his adulthood, while Adam22 insists he is more of a brawler and an MMA fan.
He spent the day with ESNews for a training video recently, where he claimed that his workout was his first time trying any boxing with media outlets looking on.
“This is my first time doing it for the camera,” he told ESNews and another channel who were filming as he prepared to hit pads. “I did most of my fighting on the streets in Boston. I think all those hardcore shows I went to as a kid in the mosh pit trained me pretty good for this moment.
“We’ve got a pretty simple plan, [my coach] told me ‘I’m not even going to try to teach you the uppercut because we’ve only got a little bit of time’. We won’t be able to get into anything too exciting but we are focused on the regular s—, the basic s—.
“I was given a ten-minute lecture about the jab, just about the power of it and the importance of it. It was like jab, jab, jab.”
Fans concerned for Adam22 after watching workout footage
When the video hit X, fans were brutal in their assessment. Without even seeing Jason Luv to compare the two, they were all over the brief bit of pad work and shadow boxing, immediately backing his rival to score the victory.
“He can’t bring his right hand back after the 2,” one fan wrote in the comments under a viral clip of his shadow boxing. “Posing for a picture. His opponent’s coach is gonna see that.”
Another added: “He needs to be sparring because this looks terrible. Don’t let the fight be the first time he feels an opponent.”
One was particularly brutal, simply writing “I’m sorry but this is atrocious form.” Another joked that it was “Man’s first day throwing hands.” Ultimately, many shared the sentiment of one user who claimed “He’s gonna get destroyed.”
