Playoffs! I hope everyone had a great Wild Card Weekend and Divisional Round, but we’re onto the final four with the Conference Championships!

*Note: Given that this is a small 2-game slate and I plan on playing several lineups, readers should understand that this is the group of players I’ll have the most exposure to; not my exclusive player pool. We’ll also have Best Plays up in the DFS Pass later today for more options.
Quarterbacks
Matthew Stafford $6,300 @ SEA
There’s really no way to sugar coat it – this is a brutal matchup for any opposing offense right now as Seattle is playing lights out defense, especially at home. Since Week 12 (including playoffs), they’re #1 in EPA per play overall and #2 in EPA per drop back. So no, this won’t be an easy matchup for the potential MVP. That said, we’ve seen this matchup twice already, and in those two games, Stafford had one stinker and one lights out performance on that wild TNF game a month ago. I think there’s a wide range of outcomes for Stafford and the Rams offense here, but it is noting that despite the great SEA defense on the other side, this LAR/SEA game has a higher total than DEN/NE. If the first game is lower scoring, 250 & 2 might be enough for Stafford to finish as the slate’s QB1.
