Despite missing Napheesa Collier, Minnesota’s deep roster has kept them atop the league standings and forced oddsmakers to adjust, making the Lynx the latest betting favorites to win the championship.

The Minnesota Lynx continue to hold court in the 2026 WNBA season.

At 20-6, the Lynx have won five straight and own the best record in the W, thanks to the likes of rookie Olivia Miles and Kayla McBride showing out on a nightly basis.

Let’s take a look at the latest 2026 WNBA odds and how storylines are shaping the championship picture thus far.

    Minnesota Lynx (+140)

The Minnesota Lynx have all the ingredients to make a championship run in 2026, anchored by the elite two-way presence of Napheesa Collier and a roster built on toughness, depth, and continuity.

Collier hasn’t even played yet in 2026, and yet the Lynx have been the W’s best team, and Olivia Miles hasn’t missed a beat since coming back from her own injury, including a 33-point effort against the Mercury.

With a balanced attack, strong defensive identity, and a core that continues to grow together, Minnesota is well-positioned to turn consistent regular-season success into a title-winning postseason run, especially with Collier nearing her season debut.

    Las Vegas Aces (+350)

The Las Vegas Aces are firmly back in championship contention after securing their core in free agency, with A’ja Wilson, Jackie Young, and Chelsea Gray all returning to lead another title push.

With elite chemistry, proven postseason experience, and one of the most balanced rosters in the league, Las Vegas has the foundation to make another deep run and reclaim the WNBA crown in 2026.

    New York Liberty (+550)

The New York Liberty are absolutely stacked… on paper. With Chris DeMarco stepping in for his first season as head coach, the front office wasted no time making high-level moves.

Breanna Stewart, Sabrina Ionescu, and Jonquel Jones headline a returning core, but New York didn’t stop there. After Nyara Sabally was dealt to the Toronto Tempo, the Liberty quickly pivoted, bringing in her sister Satou to keep that impact in the fold.

However, the Liberty have dropped four straight and sit at 13-12, behind both the Atlanta Dream and Indiana Fever in the Eastern Conference standings. Oddsmakers aren’t waving the white flag yet, though, as they’re still third on the odds board. But that may change if things don’t shape up soon.

    Aisha’s 2026 WNBA Championship Prediction

The Minnesota Lynx are poised to finally break through and capture their first title in nearly a decade. This is a group that has consistently pushed contenders to the brink but hasn’t been able to finish the job — until now. With a fiery leader in Napheesa Collier setting the tone, their ceiling rises even higher when she’s fully healthy.

Collier & Co. are fueled by those past near-misses, turning frustration into motivation as they chase what’s long overdue. This feels like the year Minnesota puts it all together, finishing the job and standing alone at the top when the season comes to a close.

    Understanding WNBA championship odds

Sportsbooks will post odds for the WNBA Finals shortly after the previous season’s conclusion. These odds are constantly adjusted throughout the offseason as players switch teams or are injured. Once the regular season begins (May), title odds will change daily as teams win and lose games and more roster changes occur. Sportsbooks will also adjust the WNBA odds based on handle and liability to certain teams.

WNBA Championship odds will usually look like this:

This means that on a $100 bet, you’ll stand to profit $300 if the Liberty win the WNBA title. If it’s close to the end of the season and the WNBA has a particularly dominant team, you might see a minus sign (-) ahead of its odds.

This means you have to bet $380 to win $100 on an Aces championship.

Above we have posted the American odds for the WNBA championship. However, these are easy to convert to decimal odds or fractional odds with our odds converter tool. And don’t forget to check out our WNBA forum if you’re interested in chatting with other basketball bettors about WNBA odds.
