Arthur Fils’ upset loss to Stefanos Tsitsipas delivered the biggest shock of the day at the US Open and another shakeup to the 2026 US Open odds at DraftKings Predictions.

Carlos Alcaraz has surged from 32% to 39% following his straight-set victory over Roman Safiullin, a performance that also helped ease concerns surrounding his wrist. Alexander Zverev remains second at 22%, while Ben Shelton has climbed to 12%.

Fils’ elimination removes one of the biggest beneficiaries of Novak Djokovic’s opening-round exit from the board and further opens the men’s draw.

On the women’s side, two-time defending champion Aryna Sabalenka continues to lead the market at 24%, with Coco Gauff climbing to 19% and Iga Swiatek sitting third at 16%.

Here are the latest US Open tennis odds at DraftKings Predictions following another eventful day at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York.
