The Dallas Wings have been eliminated from playoff contention, but Paige Bueckers & Co. will look to finish the season strong when they take on the Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday night.
My Wings vs. Sparks predictions and WNBA picks expect Bueckers to go “beast mode” on offense as the Wings cover the spread in a high-scoring matchup.

My Wings vs Sparks best bet: Over 178.5 (-110 at bet365)
The Los Angeles Sparks rank second in pace for the season, and the Dallas Wings rank third. Over the last 10 games, L.A. is first in that category, and Dallas is fourth.
Neither team has done much on defense, as the Sparks’ defensive rating of 111.2 over their last 10 games ranks 12th in the Association, and the Wings’ defensive rating of 116.3 in that span ranks dead-last.
The recent defensive efficiency isn’t something new, as Dallas ranks dead-last in defensive efficiency on the season, and L.A. ranks 11th.
The Sparks and Wings have found themselves in plenty of shootouts this season, and when the teams collide, another shootout is sure to follow. The Wings have hit the Over in 23 of 42 games this season, and the Sparks have done that in 26 of 41.
Due to the fast-paced nature of play and dreadful defensive efforts shown by these teams, I’m expecting plenty of points to be scored tonight.
Paige Bueckers pick: Bueckers buckets come fast and furious
My Paige Bueckers best bet: 20+ points (+160 at bet365)
Paige Bueckers’ points line is set at just 16.5, a mark that she’s eclipsed in 22 of 34 games. Taking that line would be a safe bet, but I’m not ready to play it safe here. Instead, I’m taking the alt line all the way up to 19.5 for +160 odds.
Bueckers has scored at least 20 points in 16 games during her rookie season, most notably doing it in both matchups with the Sparks. Bueckers posted 29 points and her historic 44-point eruption against Los Angeles.
The Sparks rank 10th in defensive rating on the season and 12th across their last 10, making this a favorable matchup for Bueckers. She’s averaged 19.5 points on the road compared to 18.6 at home, making this alt line even more appealing.
Fresh off a 27-point outing against the Valkyries, I expect “Paige Buckets” to go to work in this stellar road matchup.
