LEICESTER legend Jamie Vardy took to the pitch with Cremonese wearing a special jersey.
Vardy, 38, started for the Italian outfit for a crunch Serie A clash against Roma at Stadio Giovanni Zini.
However, the striker didn’t have his name written on the back of his shirt with the hosts.
Instead, the former England international had his signature No10 accompanied by a completely different name.
Vardy had ‘Becky’ written down on his kit for a very touching reason.
Cremonese are participating in an amazing initiative called “A Red to Violence”, which is dedicated to a campaign against domestic abuse.

Davide Nicola’s side honoured the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and were joined by other Serie A teams.

That could be their mother, partner, daughter or someone else within their family or close circle.

Vardy decided to have his wife’s name written on the back of his shirt.
The centre-forward and Rebekah Vardy, 43, have been together since 2014 and got married two years later.
They have a total of six children – three of them are from their own marriage, two are from Becky’s other relationships and another is from Vardy’s past romance.
