One of the greatest rivalries in UFC history was reignited on a recent reality show.
Earlier this year, it was announced that Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones would go head-to-head as coaches on the newest season of ALF Reality.
The history between the two meant that the footage from the show was always going to be must-watch.
This was only solidified by the comments exchanged between Jones and Cormier about their relationship during the filming process.
‘DC’ may have been talked into the show thanks to being challenged by his rival, and the payment he’d receive, but the latest clip suggests that he may have regretted his decision.

ALF Reality promises more chaos in new footage from Jon Jones vs Daniel Cormier season
Daniel Cormier initially rejected the offer to coach against Jon Jones on the Russian reality show that has enlisted several big UFC names in recent years.
He said in 2025 that he didn’t want to spend a month in Thailand with his greatest rival, especially when they can’t physically compete against one another anymore.
There has been talk of Cormier facing off with Jones in a matchup since the announcement of the series but a recent video posted by ALF Global shows that the series wasn’t short on fights even without the coaches getting involved.
Jones’ time on the show with Nate Diaz last year was cut short following a wild brawl that kicked off which led to the former BMF title challenger leaving the series and not coming back.
There may be different coaches for this season, but it still looks as chaotic as ever, with a teaser for the series cutting to a concerned Cormier on several occasions as various fights broke out.

Jon Jones seemingly ruled out another contest with Daniel Cormier
In a recent video that he wasn’t happy about being posted, Jon Jones said he has severe arthritis which led to him going to bed in “so much pain” during his last training camp.
He said this after being asked about the possibility of him facing off with Daniel Cormier in a Real American Freestyle wrestling match.
Jones responded to this video by saying that the UFC are aware of his health issues, and they know that’s why he wants to return at the White House card in June because this would be worth going through the pain.
It looks like their appearance as rival coaches will be the last time that we see two of the all-time greats go head-to-head.
