
Joe Rogan has shed some light on the finances behind Nate Diaz’s MMA return.
The UFC fan favorite hasn’t fought in his first sport since choking out Tony Ferguson in September 2023.
Since then, Nate Diaz has left the UFC and gone 1-1 in boxing bouts with Jorge Masvidal and Jake Paul.

Joe Rogan: I heard Nate Diaz is earning more than $10M
Nate Diaz is set to fight Mike Perry under MMA rules on the undercard of Ronda Rousey‘s comeback.
Joe Rogan believes money played a major part in the 40-year-old UFC icon joining Netflix’s card on May 16.
“What did you hear they offered Diaz?” he asked Brendan Schaub during a UFC London Fight Companion podcast on Saturday.
“Netflix? I heard it was $10 million,” the former UFC heavyweight contender replied.
Rogan says his sources suggest Diaz will earn even more than that from Jake Paul‘s Most Valuable Promotions.
“I heard it was more. That’s wild,” the UFC commentator added.
“I tell you what, I think he could’ve made that same money against Conor [McGregor]
“If Nate gets through this fight and they set that fight up – it’s that or [Michael] Chandler.
Dana White details recent meeting with Nate Diaz
Dana White speculated about why Nate Diaz rejected a UFC return following his latest UK show.
The UFC CEO revealed he recently had a positive meeting with Diaz about a potential comeback.
“He came in and met with me a couple of weeks ago,” White confirmed at UFC London.
“We had a good time. I think Nate just got an offer he couldn’t refuse.
“I haven’t talked to him since then, but I’m happy for him.”
