The Panthers and Cardinals are set as a pick ’em for Thursday’s 2026 Hall of Fame Game, as the NFL nears its full return. Both teams have a 50% win probability as Kalshi.

The Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals are listed with an equal 50% win probability by the 2026 NFL Hall of Fame Game odds ahead of Thursday’s kickoff game at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio.

The Cardinals announced rookie QB Carson Beck would be the starter for this week’s standalone game, starting at 8 p.m. ET, with veteran Kenny Pickett getting the call for the Panthers. Week 1 of the NFL preseason kicks off in full next week.

The Panthers vs. Cardinals odds and win probabilities at Kalshi—one of our best prediction market apps—call for a tight game. The spread is listed at 1.5 points with a 47% chance for either team to cover, and the Over/Under is set at 35.5 points (50% on either side).

Here’s my full breakdown of the NFL odds for Thursday’s game in Canton to help your NFL picks get started right.

    • Game date & time: Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026 | 8 p.m. ET
    • Location: Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium (Canton, Ohio)
    • Current odds: Panthers 51% | Cardinals 49%
    • Opening line: Panthers -1.5 | Cardinals +1.5

Expect the 2026 Hall of Fame Game odds to fluctuate through the week. The Carolina Panthers were as much as a 76% favorite to win the game when the market opened on June 29 at Kalshi. That win probability dropped the next day, and the two sides have flipped back and forth since.

The Panthers announced on Monday that veteran Kenny Pickett would draw the start over Bryce Young. Don’t expect many Week 1 starters or top rookies to take the field. Player availability and any announced roster decisions will continue to impact the odds. QB Kedon Slovis can be expected to get the bulk of playing time under center for the Arizona Cardinals.

2026 Hall of Fame Game odds: Moneyline

    Market Kalshi
    Panthers to win 51%
    Cardinals to win 49%

Trade on the Hall of Fame Game moneyline at Kalshi by simply picking the team you think will win. The Panthers are a narrow favorite early in the week, but the line will continue to move as roster decisions come to light and more is known about expected playing time. A $10 investment on Carolina at 52 cents would return a profit of $8.59, if it wins the game outright.

2026 Hall of Fame Game odds: Spread

Kalshi allows users to set their own spread and trade on their desired line. Possible spreads for Panthers vs. Cardinals range from 1.5 to 16.5 points in either direction. Yes trades at 47% and 47 cents.

The closest line has the Panthers as the 1.5-point favorites.

2026 Hall of Fame Game odds: Over/Under

    Market Kalshi
    Over 35.5 50%
    Under 35.5 50%

The Over/Under prediction market at Kalshi works similarly to the spread. Traders can set their desired line—ranging from 15.5 to 57.5, and trade on either side. The most even line, as of Monday, is 35.5 total points. Both sides are trading at 50 cents.

2026 Hall of Fame Game odds: Player props

The player prop markets for Thursday’s Hall of Fame Game will continue to be released and take shape throughout the week. As of Monday, we have touchdown, rushing yards, and passing yards markets. These markets are less mature than the game lines above.

Check out our NFL prop projections for help with your Hall of Fame Game picks.

Panthers vs. Cardinals player props: To score a touchdown

    Market Kalshi
    Jeremiyah Love 1+ 12%
    Trevor Etienne 1+ 21%
    Haynes King 1+ 29%

Jeremiyah Love—the No. 3 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft and one of the top fantasy football picks—is the main attraction of the 2026 Hall of Fame Game, if he takes the field. Love playing meaningful minutes in something less than a preseason game seems unlikely to me.

The probabilities have plummeted since Monday, possibly suggesting the market is becoming sharper as it has now drawn over $156,000 in volume.

Panthers running back Trevor Etienne actually has the higher probability of reaching the end zone at least once, at 21%. Panthers third-string QB Haynes King leads all players with a 29% chance to score.

Panthers vs. Cardinals player props: Rushing yards

    Market Kalshi
    Jeremiyah Love 25+ 29%
    Jeremiyah Love 40+ 26%
    Jeremiyah Love 50+ 9%
    Jeremiyah Love 75+ 4%
    Jeremiyah Love 100+ 2%
    Haynes King 25+ 55%

Jeremiyah Love is once again the main attraction in Kalshi’s rushing yards markets. I expect Love to see a couple early touches before giving way to undrafted free agents and other players on the roster bubble heading into the NFL preseason.

I’ll be looking to trade on the No side of these markets once they’ve matured and drawn more volume closer to Thursday. These lines sharpened after one day of trading action.

Panthers vs. Cardinals player props: Passing yards

    Market Kalshi
    Carson Beck 75+ 66%
    Kenny Pickett 50+ 74%
    Haynes King 50+ 71%

Kenny Pickett was added to the passing yards market on Tuesday, with his lowest line set at 50+ yards and trading at a 74% probability. The fifth-year vet has little to prove this preseason in the battle against undrafted rookie Haynes King to be Bryce Young’s backup, and I wouldn’t expect him to play significant minutes.
