Sean Gibbons, Manny Pacquiao’s advisor, recently revealed the type of fighters his star client is currently targeting.
The Filipino boxing icon wants to face the very best and put on the biggest fights he can for the rest of his career.
“Manny wants real fights — big fights, entertaining fights,” Gibbons told Betway.
“That goes back to Gervonta [Davis], [Floyd] Mayweather, and Ryan [Garcia].
“Devin Haney? You can throw Devin Haney in the mix as well.
“These are the types of fights Manny would take. They move, they’re skilled, they’re not overly dangerous for a 47-year-old guy in the ring. At this age, it’s prizefighting. And whatever the biggest prize is, Manny’s not worried.
“I think he could fight twice. He’s done exhibitions, which keep him active, but he’s really in shape right now. He’s running, training, and fired up by his son, Jimuel. One of the biggest things we want to do is Manny and Jimuel on the same show — father and son.

Manny Pacquiao Jr., who is commonly known as Jimuel, fought Brendan Lally, an English teacher and former collegiate boxing champion at the University of Illinois, in a four-round lightweight contest last month.
Lally seemed to have recorded a shocking upset victory after 12 minutes of action. Instead, he had to settle for a majority draw, as one judge saw it 39-37 for Pacquiao, while the other two ringside officials scored the fight 38-38.

Post-fight, Pacquiao claimed he was proud of his 24-year-old son’s performance, but insisted he would need to play a bigger role in camp if a second professional fight is going to happen.
“I want to make sure that, if he fights again, I’m gonna supervise his training,” the 73-fight veteran said.
“He can fight again, but I have to make sure I’m supervising his training.
“I don’t want that to happen again.
“He needs to improve his instincts and focus on his opponent in the fight.”
