FRANK LAMPARD was spotted sharing a warm reunion with Yaya Toure during Chelsea’s clash with Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.
The former team-mates crossed paths in an executive box.
Both three-time Premier League winners, the duo shared a handshake at Chelsea‘s home.
Toure, who enjoyed a glittering spell at City, looked in good spirits as he caught up with Lampard before kick-off.
The pair previously played together during Lampard’s one season in Manchester.
Touré is arguably one of Manchester City‘s greatest midfielders and, much like Lampard, one of the best in Premier League history.

The Ivorian won three Premier League titles with the club from 2010 to 2018, bagging 82 goals and 42 assists in 316 appearances in all competitions.
But while the reunion grabbed attention, Lampard’s focus remains firmly on his own remarkable job away from West London.
The Coventry boss has transformed the Sky Blues into promotion contenders, and they are now on the brink of a Premier League return.
Coventry were held to a frustrating draw with Sheffield Wednesday, missing the chance to officially seal promotion.

However, results elsewhere have all but confirmed their return to top flight of English football.
Lampard’s side sit at the top of the Championship and are 12 points clear of third-placed Millwall, with just four games remaining and boast a vastly superior goal difference.
That means it would take a mathematical miracle to deny them a long-awaited return to the top flight.
A single point from their remaining fixtures will officially get the job done.
It would mark a stunning achievement for Lampard, who has also managed Derby County, Chelsea and Everton.
Lampard was sacked by his previous two full-time spells at Everton and Chelsea, however he has rebuilt his reputation with an impressive spell back in the Championship.
And when Coventry complete the job, it will end a 25-year absence from the Premier League.
