    Dynasty Rookie Draft Picks

    1.05 – Jadarian Price (RB – SEA)

Seattle spending the No. 32 pick on Jadarian Price cements him as one of the few 2026 rookie RBs with premium draft capital, and it came with a runway to touches. Most expect him to compete for (and often lead) early-down work in a fluid Seahawks backfield after Kenneth Walker‘s exit, with Zach Charbonnet rehabbing an ACL. The ceiling case is a long-term 1A/1B who can flirt with RB1 seasons on volume and efficiency, but questions around pass pro and a light receiving resume cap true three-down certainty. Rookie-year impact: likely usable quickly, with upside for a midseason takeover.

    2.05 – Germie Bernard (WR – PIT)

Day-2 capital keeps Germie Bernard firmly on the dynasty radar: Pittsburgh took him No. 47 overall, and that top-50 investment suggests a real plan for him even if the depth chart is busy. Most expect him to settle in as a big slot/possession option who wins vs. zone and on in-breakers, not a field-stretcher. The long-term ceiling looks like a steady PPR WR2/3 type if the Steelers stabilize QB play, while his rookie-year output projects more “useful weeks” than every-week starter.

    3.05 – Demond Claiborne (RB – MIN)

Demond Claiborne profiles as a classic late-round dynasty RB swing: exciting speed in a murky backfield, but limited by NFL investment and three-down questions. As a sixth-rounder (No. 198) in Minnesota, he’ll need to earn it, yet the Vikings’ RB room behind an aging Aaron Jones offers a real path to touches. Most expect a change-of-pace/gap-run role with special-teams involvement early, with occasional spike weeks if injuries strike. His long-term ceiling is more “useful RB2-ish outcome” than cornerstone, and 2026 production is likely modest unless the depth chart breaks right.

    4.05 – Kevin Coleman (WR – MIA)

Kevin Coleman Jr. is headed to the Dolphins via the fifth round of the NFL Draft. He will have to earn his way up the depth chart, but I think he can easily do so. Drafting him this high (late second round/early third round) is a bet on talent. I’m willing to make that bet all day long. This draft class is a crap shoot, and it’s hard in many spots of rookie drafts to have conviction with picks, but I have conviction with Coleman Jr.’s talent. Over the last two collegiate seasons, he has posted 2.23 and 2.32 yards per route run while ranking 17th and fifth in missed tackles forced. The Miami depth chart is wide open, and Coleman Jr. could make waves in 2026.

    5.05 – Eli Heidenreich (RB – PIT)

Eli Heidenreich‘s dynasty appeal is built on versatility more than certainty: he’s a 7th-round Steelers pick (No. 230) with a likely position shift toward slot WR while retaining RB eligibility in many formats. The draft capital screams long shot, and Pittsburgh’s depth gives him a narrow early path, but his pass-catching profile and athletic testing keep him on the late-round radar. Long term, the ceiling is a PPR-friendly hybrid/slot contributor (think RB3/FLEX seasons if things break right), while Year 1 is mostly taxi-squad with occasional manufactured touches.
