It’s a big NFL Week 6 slate, with only the Minnesota Vikings and Houston Texans on bye. This means we’ve got more prospects to target when constructing NFL DFS lineups, including stacks.

My NFL DFS Lineup Advice: Best Stacks (Week 5) edition had a couple of stacks return value with their production. Spencer Rattler (QB20) and Rashid Shaheed (WR8) connected on a huge 87-yard touchdown reception, while Michael Pittman Jr. (WR21) and Daniel Jones (QB18) also continued their strong rapport in a blowout win against Las Vegas. Tua Tagovailoa (QB10) and Darren Waller (TE7) were another high-value stack during Miami’s loss to Carolina.

I’m back with three new games to target for building the best stacks in NFL DFS Week 6 contests. Follow me on X at Matt_MacKay_ for more NFL analysis and free picks.

NFL DFS Week 6: Best DFS Stacks

    DraftKings Salary: $50,000 | FanDuel Salary: $60,000

New England Patriots vs. New Orleans Saints

Player (Position) Team DK $ FD $
Drake Maye (QB) New England Patriots $5,900 $7,800
Stefon Diggs (WR) New England Patriots $5,800 $5,900
Hunter Henry (TE) New England Patriots $4,300 $5,900
Spencer Rattler (QB) New Orleans Saints $4,700 $6,600
Rashid Shaheed (WR) New Orleans Saintsd $4,600 $5,800

The Patriots and Saints’ game has a total points line set to 45.5, indicating this matchup should yield plenty of production from both offenses. Drake Maye’s last outing resulted in a road win upset against Buffalo, as the Patriots’ second-year signal-caller logged 273 passing yards and no turnovers.

Maye’s top target was Stefon Diggs, who is available to roster at a decent price on both DraftKings and FanDuel. Diggs is the Patriots WR1 in 2025, logging a 25.9 percent target share, converting these opportunities into 14.2 fantasy points per game.

Hunter Henry is another target within New England’s offense that warrants a spot in DFS lineups alongside Maye. The Patriots’ top tight end has a 20 percent target share, second on the team, allowing him to reach 39 or more receiving yards in four of five games, averaging 10.3 fantasy points per outing.

The Saints have surrendered the third-most passing touchdowns (11) in the NFL this season, so it’s a favorable matchup to grab shares of New England’s top playmakers. On the other sideline, we’re running it back with Spencer Rattler-Rashid Shaheed as a Saints stack.

Shaheed and Rattler had an explosive 87-yard touchdown pass against the Giants in Week 5. Shaheed has been a dominant WR2 in an offense frequently behind schedule, averaging 13.3 fantasy points per game. New England’s secondary ranks 31st in net yards gained per pass attempt in 2025, so don’t hesitate to stack Rattler with Shaheed for a second consecutive week.

    Dallas Cowboys vs. Carolina Panthers

Player (Position) Team DK $ FD $
Dak Prescott (QB) Dallas Cowboys $6,500 $8,000
Jake Ferguson (TE) Dallas Cowboys $5,300 $7,000
Ryan Flournoy (WR) Dallas Cowboys $3,600 $5,200
Bryce Young (QB) Carolina Panthers $4,800 $7,000
Rico Dowdle (RB) Carolina Panthers $5,800 $6,600

Dallas and Carolina have a 49.5 point total, which makes sense considering how bad both defenses have played this season. Dak Prescott is lighting up the scoreboard and stuffing the stat sheet, throwing seven total touchdowns and over 550 yards across his last two games against the Packers and Jets.

Prescott has elevated Jake Ferguson to the top fantasy football tight end. Ferguson boasts a team-high 24 percent target share, averaging 17.2 fantasy points per game. He’s scored three touchdowns in the Cowboys’ last two games played, while hitting at least 16.8 fantasy points in four consecutive matchups.

Ryan Flournoy has been inserted into Dallas’ lineup with injuries to its wide receiving corps. Expect Flournoy to continue earning snaps, despite CeeDee Lamb‘s expected return in Week 6. The Panthers rank 20th in net yards gained per pass attempt, so Prescott should be highly productive in the pocket, allowing Ferguson to continue dominating, while Flournoy seeks to replicate a 21 point outing against the Jets.

Bryce Young has been decent and is available at a cheap price to insert into DFS builds. Stack Young with Rico Dowdle, who just went ballistic against Miami’s run defense, going over 200 rushing yards filling in for an injured Chuba Hubbard.

Dowdle has a revenge game against his former team. Plus, he turned four targets into three receptions for 28 yards, incentivizing a cheap stack with Young-Dowdle facing a bad Dallas pass defense ranked at the bottom of the league in multiple metrics.

    FanDuel Salary Changes

    Cleveland Browns vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Player (Position) Team DK $ FD $
Dillon Gabriel (QB) Cleveland Browns $4,400 $6,400
David Njoku (TE) Cleveland Browns $3,500 $5,700
Aaron Rodgers (QB) Pittsburgh Steelers $5,300 $6,900
DK Metcalf (WR) Pittsburgh Steelers $5,500 $7,200
Jonnu Smith (TE) Pittsburgh Steelers $3,200 $5,100

This AFC North rivalry between Cleveland and Pittsburgh features a lot of new faces on both offenses. Rookie QB Dillon Gabriel will look to build off of a solid debut with the Browns against Minnesota, while Aaron Rodgers leads the Steelers out of a Week 5 bye at home against Myles Garrett and a talented Cleveland defense.

We’ll start with the cheap Browns stack and recommend Gabriel with David Njoku. Njoku led Cleveland with nine targets against the Vikings, turning these opportunities into 18.7 fantasy points, going 6-67-1 as a receiver. Pittsburgh’s pass defense is vulnerable to explosive plays, so expect Gabriel to keep leaning on his veteran tight end to move the football.

The Steelers have a few high-value players to stack with Rodgers. The veteran quarterback isn’t super expensive, likely due to Cleveland’s air-tight pass defense. However, DK Metcalf has been a stud for Pittsburgh, leading the offense with a 20 percent target share, averaging 13.7 fantasy points per game in 2025.

Metcalf has been efficient with seven or fewer targets in every game this season. He’s also scored a touchdown in three straight contests, while going over 80 receiving yards twice. Jonnu Smith, one of Pittsburgh’s three receiving tight ends, has also been busy, earning a 13.3 percent target share, which is third-most on the Steelers.

Smith had his worst game in 2025 against Minnesota with 2.6 fantasy points. However, he still had three targets and is one of Rodgers’ favorite players in the red zone. At a cheap salary, Smith is a good investment to stack with Rodgers and Metcalf, banking on him to catch all of his targets or find the end zone for the second time this season.
