Eddie Hall is planning to lose a massive amount of weight before he returns to the cage.
The former World’s Strongest Man knocked out Mariusz Pudzianowski in 30 seconds earlier this year.
Eddie Hall‘s impressive MMA debut opened the door to more big fights in the sport.
Francis Ngannou and Brock Lesnar were two of the names mentioned as his next opponent before ‘The Beast’ agreed to face a much smaller man.

Eddie Hall’s weight loss plan
Dillon Danis faced off with Eddie Hall after winning his first MMA fight in six years on August 30.
They agreed to fight each other with a 299lb weight limit, which won’t be an issue for Conor McGregor‘s long-time teammate.
Hall claimed he’ll cut 64lbs to make weight for a fight with Danis. Six weeks later, the 37-year-old former strongman has devised a plan and is ready to put it into place with some help from a Dutch motivational speaker and extreme athlete known for his ability to withstand low temperatures.
“If Eddie Hall’s next fight happens, the prep will be wild,” a post shared on Hall’s ‘Good Bad Beast’ Instagram account read.
“He’s getting ready for a possible MMA bout against Dillon Danis early next year. Instead of just hitting the gym, he’s taking things to another level.
“To reach his target weight of 299 lbs, Eddie needs to drop 64 lbs in just 12 weeks, and he’s teaming up with Wim Hof, the “Iceman” himself, to make it happen.
“That means freezing cold plunges, deep breathing routines, and mental training designed to push his limits. Wim’s methods are all about controlling your body’s stress response and unlocking ridiculous levels of focus and endurance.
“Exactly what Eddie needs heading into a cage fight.”
Eddie Hall’s MMA goals
Eddie Hall isn’t interested in joining the UFC and testing himself against MMA’s best heavyweights.
The Englishman simply wants to make a bunch of money by putting on fun ‘freak show’ fights.
“I’ve got no aspirations to be a ranked fighter,” Hall said in July.
“I’ve got no aspirations to be a world champion.
“I’ve had the bulk of my success in strongman, and I think my best years of athleticism are behind me.
“I’ve got a few more years left and I just wanna enjoy it.
“I think the MMA keeps me fit, active, and I enjoy the fight scene. I always have.”
