PGA DFS Lineup Advice: Top Golfers (2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am)

The first of eight Signature Events will be held at the 2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am this week. Situated on the iconic shores of the Monterey Peninsula in Northern California, a field of 80 golfers will compete without a cut line along two courses.

Pebble Beach is the shorter course that will be played three times. Spyglass Hill Golf Course is also a par 72, running just over 7,000 yards in length, played once during the first two rounds. Both of these golf courses lack distance, emphasizing accuracy tee-to-green, with Poa Annua greens measuring just 3,500 square feet.

Rory McIlroy returns to defend his 2025 title as the second betting favorite. Scottie Scheffler, to no one’s surprise, is the favorite in the outright winner market at +300 odds. McIlroy is a distant +1300, followed by Si Woo Kim (+2000), Xander Schauffele (+2500), and the debut of reigning FedExCup champion, Tommy Fleetwood, at +2500 odds.

We had our most productive week in PGA DFS during the 2026 WM Phoenix Open last week. My PGA DFS Lineup Advice had four of six golfers record T10 finishes, including the winner, Chris Gotterup. Hideki Matsuyama and Si Woo Kim managed runner-up and T3 finishes, while Pierceson Coody also joined the top 10. Nick Taylor was T28, while Haotong Li missed the cut.

PGA DFS: Top Golfers (2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am)

DraftKings Salary: $50,000 | FanDuel Salary: $60,000

TIER 1

Viktor Hovland has a pair of T25 finishes in four trips to Pebble Beach. The Norwegian golfer logged a strong T10 finish during his 2026 debut at the WM Phoenix Open, surging up the leaderboard with a combined -9-under-par in the final two rounds.

Hovland’s game should translate to Pebble Beach. He ranks ninth in total strokes gained, 10th in SG: Approach, and 20th in SG: Putting. This is a great combination for maximizing birdies on a precision course.

Justin Rose won the 2023 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. The 45-year-old Englishman just dominated the field at Torrey Pines to win the Farmers Insurance Open.

Now, after a week off, Rose returns to compete with a fresh focus. He’s ranked fourth in total strokes gained this season, including fourth SG: Approach, 29th SG: Putting, and third for greens in regulation hit. Also sits 31st for proximity, which is why Rose sits third in birdie average and top-10 for par 4s and scoring average in two events this year.

Hovland and Rose are worth every penny of their elevated salary in DFS lineups at Pebble Beach this week.

TIER 2

Few golfers are more decorated at Pebble Beach than Jason Day. The Aussie is going to make his 16th appearance at this event, carding nine T20 finishes in his last 10 trips to the Monterey Peninsula.

Day ranks sixth in SG: Approach, 15th in SG: Putting, and 14th for greens in regulation hit. Day is averaging 5.25 birdies per round due to his play in 2026, which will go a long way in DFS lineups this week. T2 and T38 in two events played this year, which is why he’s averaging over 100 fantasy points per game.

Daniel Berger is another golfer who has found the winner’s podium at Pebble Beach. The 2021 champion has three starts under his belt this season, cracking the top 20 twice.

Berger has T10 finishes or better in all three trips to Pebble Beach. He’s making his first return since winning in 2021, while ranked 13th SG: Approach and 26th in total driving.

Berger is seventh for greens in regulation hit and 29th for scrambling. His game translates well at Pebble Beach, which is why he won here a few years ago. Berger is undoubtedly a value in DFS lineups this week.

Day and Berger are my favorite Tier 2 golfers to plug into DraftKings and FanDuel lineups ahead of Round 1 on Thursday morning.

TIER 3

Shane Lowry is set to make his 2026 PGA Tour debut at Pebble Beach. The Irishman was runner-up to McIlroy last year, so there are a lot of high expectations for Lowry this time around.

Lowry is teeing up for the seventh time at this event. Notable finishes include T21, T14, and solo runner-up in 2025. Lowry is renowned for his iron play, brandishing accuracy tee-to-green. Putting is typically the issue, but on small greens, he holds an advantage.

Ryan Gerard’s hot start in 2026 cannot be ignored. Gerard is going to make his debut at Pebble Beach this week, so it’ll be interesting to watch his scorecard throughout the tournament.

Gerard has gone 2-T2-T11 in three events this season. He sits fifth in total strokes gained, including 17th in SG: Approach and SG: Putting. Also, 28th total driving, 18th proximity, 33rd for greens in regulation hit, and 13th scrambling.

Gerard is 10th in birdie average, ninth on par 4s, and a scorching second in scoring average. Plug the sharpshooter into lineups with confidence at a discounted salary.

Lowry and Gerard are the best value plays in the Tier 3 bracket ahead of the 2026  AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am due to their iron accuracy.
