Alexander Volkanovski made history tonight in Sydney, but Dana White was on the other side of the planet.
Promotional boss White opted to stay in Las Vegas instead of making the 7,700-mile trek to watch UFC 325. He instead enjoyed a plush party at his home in Nevada, and is expected to be in the building for Zuffa Boxing’s second show tomorrow at the Meta Apex.
The UFC CEO shared a number of photos from his plush viewing party, where he enjoyed drinks with friends while watching a dual-screen set-up. He tuned in for Volkanovski’s victory as well as the boxing masterclass put on at Madison Square Garden by Shakur Stevenson against Teofimo Lopez.

Dana White avoids trip to Sydney for UFC 325
After just one show on Paramount+, Dana White is already beginning to skip events with UFC 325 his first. In all fairness, he has business to attend to with tomorrow’s boxing event at the Meta Apex and he promoted the event heavily on social media throughout the night.
As Alexander Volkanovski was winning his record-equalling eighth featherweight title fight, White was enjoying a house party with pals in Las Vegas halfway across the world. He shared a number of photos to his Instagram story, as well as a video showing off the swanky home where he was watching.
He managed to catch both the main event in Sydney, and didn’t even need to switch over to see Shakur Stevenson win all but one round against Teofimo Lopez as he had a dual-screen setup. There were also a number of photos in which he could be seen enjoying some Yamazaki Whiskey.
White even caught the comical heavyweight fight between Jarrell Miller and Kingsley Ibeh. He posted a video of the hilarious moment Miller had his hairpiece punched off, captioning it “Hit him so hard the carpet popped off.”
